Box clasps are a versatile clasp that can be made into a variety of shapes, but all work the same way. Box clasps can be round, square, curved or even a leaf shape. We will make a basic box clasp using silver sheet metal, making a boxy form, and then make the tongue to fit into the box. Adding a tongue plunger will allow the tongue to be removed from the box clasp. Last but not least is making a safety catch for extra security.
